  1. 500 grm, pumpkin (sharred and boiled)
  2. 1-1/2 kg, Youghrt
  3. 1 cup,fresh cream
  4. Gram flour pancake, as you like (optional)
  5. Salt, as taste
  6. 3 tbsp, green sauce (Chutni) (green chilli, coriander and mint)
  7. 2 ,cucumber
  8. 2 ,tomatoes (remove seeds)
  9. 150 grm, Gram flour
  10. 1 tbsp, chilli flacks
  11. 1 tesp, Carom seeds
  12. Salt, as taste
  13. Oil, for fry
  14. Water, as required

Steps to make to make Pumpkin raita

  1. First, add gram flour, salt, Carom seeds and chilli flacks in a bowl.
  2. Mix it well. Add water and make paste.
  3. Heat up the tawa, add some oil and and gram pancake better.
  4. Cook on medium high heat until becomes brown.
  5. Now cutt and set a side.
  6. Add Youghrt and boiled pumpkin in a large bowl.
  7. Add tomatoes, cucumber, green sauce (Chutni) and chopped pancake.
  8. Add salt and mix gently.
  9. Add fresh cream and mix throughly.
  10. Pumpkin raita is ready to serve.
